I went to Knox Lincraft at 1PM on Sunday 15th October. I simply asked the girl at the front counter if they could do a match on a dress colour so that I could get some material to make matching ties. I asked about the silk variety materials (having already looked at a dozen of this type in the store and not found a colour that was a close enough match) and she said “No, we don’t have silk materials”. Thinking that maybe she thought I meant ACTUAL silk, I said “Oh ok, I mean just the silky/shiny material, it doesn’t have to be actual silk” and her response was “No we have none”... by this point I was slightly ticked off, so when she huffily said “Umm, well, I suppose I could have a look some others...” I just thought “Not worth it.” 
I’ve only ever had really good experiences at Lincraft where the employees knew a thing or two about their stock/merchandise and were willing to be helpful. This girl is not upholding the good rep that Lincraft has, she was lazy and sulky.

Customer service was friendly but oh so very slow. Fabrics are a better price than spotlight but not a whole lot of variety.
