Lovely clothes, but for the love of god please do something about the change rooms. They are so filthy and covered in dust. I felt gross changing, seeing all the dust on the floor. Not to mention the dirty stained walls, also more then one hook wouldn't go astray.
Love the variety and quality but my goodness the customer service is beyond terrible ! The ladies there are so so so unfriendly and unhelpful . No one smiles or greets you . If it wasn’t because I had taken time to try a couple of clothes on whilst my toddler patiently waited for me - I would have gone to another outlet . It honestly made my heart drop and I felt really down after leaving the way they speak to you , look at you and interact with you. It felt very negative . The staff need to be trained in customer service , honestly . Very disappointing and ridiculous . I won’t be shopping At this outlet again.
Good collection compared to my local store but I highly doubt your staff's Customer service. They were just talking most of the times. Low assistance. And they put clothes in my bag like rubbish. So disappointed
Great for all ages with very nice collections and very affordable prices! However the cleanliness of change rooms need to upgraded.
Changing rooms in a terrible mess! Management needs to upgrade changing rooms, paint carpet, HOOKS! To hang clothes ona stool or chair would be good, better lighting,so dingy! Staff need some proper training in housekeeping.
Change rooms dont look like they've been cleaned or vacuumed since they opened. The clothing is cheap and sometimes you can find a great peice.
Large store for female clothing for all ages.... affordable prices & fair quality.....great range of clothing if you find what you're seeking...

Absolutely disgusting.. Change rooms were dirty with all sorts of things in them and the store floor could do with a swipe over.
