I rang to see if two Games I Wanted were in stock. Luckily they were, asked if they could be put aside for me, and the young guy said yes no problem. Drive over to Collect and was served by a very pleasant young girl. Thank you for a very pleasant, very good customer service. Please keep up The great work highly recommend your staff and store. Well done!
Good service. Would recommend vouchers where customers can load any amount rather than set limit vouchers. Was able to get a $60 voucher but in the form of a receipt which is not ideal.
Helpful staff, but the shop is a bit to small, bit cramped. I have done my first Click & Collect with Knox City, VIC, & went well & Quick. I also did a delivery, came in good order.

OK so this has been my go to EB since the doors opened...going to say over 10..maybe even 15 years. This shop right here...hands down the best. Customer Service is on point! Knowledge is second to none..covering everything. Happy to give tech support, over the phone, two days out from Christmas....ummmm hello! Don't matter where you're at...make this YOUR go to store. Thanks EB Knox, Merry Christmas....you all rule!
Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Stock level is adequate but not that much on the playstaion related games. Everything else is great and I do enjoy the trip to the store every week
Much better layout, more products, less Pop Vinyls and an adequate number of Staff finally! 2 on the counter serving and one to address customers on the floor is something I have asked for, for a long time. Definitely a much better experience now! Nice to see you've ditched the Corporate look too, didn't exactly scream we're gamers here.
Good service and support for ignorant people like me. Know there stuff and helpful for present shopping.
Like some of the other EB Games stores out there, it's crammed full of all the gaming themed items you might possibly want in a small package, but that is changing. Next door is a a new Zing store, so stock is spreading out & expanding. The staff are helpful if you get their attention near the register, otherwise were flat out changing stock around. Glad they're keeping up with other stores in an otherwise struggling centre.
