I visited Telstra's Knox store to do transfer of ownership. The store was busy but they were able to accommodate us and also provide us a great service. Thank you Ryan and the team for a great experience.

Went to get access to a deal that is expiring in 24hrs time. Booked an appointment online. Great service from the moment we got there. No wait time. John helped us through the process in a very informative and instinctive way. Fantastic customer service. John has a real instinct to understand the customer needs and offer services accordingly. Accidentally lost the sim card out of my phone, when trying to remove it from my broken phone. Spent over 2 hours trying to speak to someone at the so called Telstra 'contact us' phone number 13 22 00 about getting a replacement card, to no avail. Kept going around in circles as there was no option to actually speak to someone. Extremely frustrating service. Went to the Telstra store at Knox City to see if I could get a replacement. Was told there was an hour and a half wait, but will try and get me in to speak to someone sooner. Thankfully i only had to wait half an hour as the manager himself assisted me and got my phone going again. Very grateful. Thank you so much.

Extremely poor service by Telstra. Have been trying to get in touch with Telstra but one wants to talk to you.  It's a shame that this is the state on our national communications service.  You can't talk to a person or get efficient help via the app.  This is not good and people at Telstra need to give good customer service.  People will leave your network if you don't take care of your customers.

Got there at 5:15pm when the store closes at 7pm, got told there is not enough time for me to put a pixel watch on my plan, and told sorry they can't help me, this isn't the first time I have been stuffed around by Telstra, gonna switch services now.

Had difficulty with an email problem and after first ringing Telstra and then an unsuccessful visit to Telstra Rosebud, Ash from Knox fixed the problem in five minutes. Very professional right from being greeted at the door by a lovely guy who told me exactly how long I would need to wait before being seen. Thanks

Very poor customer service. I feel they don't care about clients. When I visited this store, there were more employees than clients but they didn't intend to serve clients, they just talk to each other.

The staff were great, but why is everything so difficult to do at Telstra?  A simple task to change  a fixed phone plan couldn't be done online, so we had to go into the shop.  It took ages on their computer, and you can't just walk in, you have to make a booking to get help.

Very happy. Went into store asking them to organise an NBN Co. Technician to assess property for physical connection to house. Completed in 35 minutes. Had spent 6+ hours on phone with Telstra trying to do the same thing, but got no result.

I phoned Telstra, a phone company, and no one will answer the phone??????????????? There is no CUSTOMER SERVICE, just another company taking money from customers and not providing service or support.
