It is pet heaven here. An inspiring range of products for your furry, feathered, creepy crawly, scaly friends! Staff are lovely. Prices are fairly high for some products but who would deny their beloved pet a treat every once in a while? Lots of the manufacturers are local and donate part of their profit to worthy environmental causes. A huge PAWS UP all round for this store!
Big thank you to the lady who helped me today danielle? with fixing up a pricing issue. A++ assistance and super helpful, thank you for not making me feel like "that customer". All done with a smile too : would highly recommend this store!
Very bad customer service, i have enrolled puppy school, and now i am feeling unwell, i am requesting to reschedule to another day so i don't miss out and good for the puppy, but i hve got a replied "when you enrolled into this puppy school you should know that you need to attend it and no rescheduling is allowed. What a very nice answer......
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great customer service as they know what they are selling and are more tgan happy to price match. They are always happy to see my barney dog when we come in, they always remember your pets name. Can usually get most item in if they don't have it.
Not sure of the pets but I did get confused on what to buy - so much variety on offer! We bought a name engraved locket for our dog and a new set of leashes and collars for him. Worth a visit for pet owners.

Took our dogs there for their first wash and groom. Taylor was amazing. Other team members were so friendly as well. Highly recommend.
