Kevin is very helpful and was more than happy to fix my phone issues as Shane and team at Forest Hill had no interest in fixing my problem, due to laziness. Different experience in the Knox store. Nice to see customers shown respect and staff going beyond for their customers. Thanks again Kevin and team at Knox. Sorry you had to fix my problem it should of been Forest Hill job not yours. Everyone AVOID Forest Hill had issues with them and their rudeness for many many years. Have only been in Knox store about 5 times and has always been a pleasant visit. I will never walk into Forest Hill store again. Sick of the way you are treated it isn't just me who they are rude and lazy too. Seen it in store far to many times.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. They told me exactly what I needed to know and then let me know about some extra information about my phone plan and the various different upgrades I could make.

Terrible service, do not answer phone, transferred to offshore centre, they can't help with inquiry, just tell you to go into the shop, which for me isn't possible at the moment.

Horrible horrible horrible. Bought a new phone on contract with a major fault - Bluetooth feature won't turn on. Took it into the store and they confirmed fault and advised it will have to be sent to apple fir repair. The phone is less than 2 weeks old, a major feature is not working, had i of known this at time of purchase, I would not have bought the phone. Under consumer affairs law I am Entitled to a full refund or replacement. What the store then choose to do with the faulty product is between them and apple. All the staff seem to be avoiding upholding this common Consumer courtesy
