Worst customer service I ever experienced. Sister bought me a jacket for Chirstmas that didn't fit. Went to store tried other jackets don't fit either. Asked for a return, Corey 'The Manager' refused. Now I have to waste my time and theirs in VCAT. BTW store 'policy' is not refund in change of mind, this is not a change of mind, your clothes don't fit me.
I went to a store in knox and was treated badly. Then I went to Bossini know and was served by Eliza. She was polite, professional and very experienced. She took her time and spoke to me as I walked through the racks. She gave me a little respect. She was also hard working and provided options. She provided customer service. I ended up buying a few things. I didn't even care of there was a sale. She treated every customer while I was there the same way. Respect, care and concern. When asked about sizing she checked to see if the warehouse had the style I liked. She was so polite. Bossini - this is the type of staff you need to retain and grow And heres the thing, I was only browsing but without pushing me she got a sale. THAT is true customer service. I want to congratulate the team leader or area manager of that store on recruiting such a great staff member. People say all this negative stuff about millieneals. this is a young girl who puts people who have been years in the industry to shame. Well done. You now have a customer for lie. Thank you for a wonderful customer experience.
Single-handedly the worst customer service experience I've ever had - and I work in retail. They'll sell you a faulty item, you'll return it in less than 24 hours and they'll refuse to refund you because it's "against company policy". They'll lie and create excuses as to why they won't give you your money back. Any manager above the store manager will refuse to speak to customers and you'll just go around in circles because they won't listen to you. They have no care whatsoever, as long as you're lining their pockets with money. DO NOT SHOP HERE. You'll get a way better experience at Peter Jackson or Tarocash which are both opposite Bossini and even though they're more expensive, you'll get better quality garments and people in the store who are actually nice to you and won't argue with you. If I could give zero stars, I would. Disgusting.
initial customer service was fine; albeit the lady felt a bit pushy to get my partner to try a suit on and then as soon as he had it on she went to pinning it for alterations without even giving us much of a chance to deliberate. the suit was fine. fast forward to day of picking up the altered suit: Yes, Wednesday was agreed upon and 3pm was given as a time. Come Wednesday, I have had a couple of things pop up and wanted to call them to ask if there was any chance it would be ready earlier than that as I may not be able to go after work. I call 12 times over an hour, and every time it rings out. So, I had to spend my lunch break driving there to ask the question to find out "oh no it won't be here till 3pm, that was what we agreed." Fair enough, however, i should have been able to ask that question over the phone but no one picked up. And it's quite normal for places to have things there and ready before the scheduled pick up time so not really a stupid question. when saying that i had tried calling numerous times, the first response i got was "Oh i haven't heard it ring at all." she then went on to tell me that "oh the phones been having some issues over the last couple of days, turning itself to silent sometimes, so [she] had no way of telling it was ringing unless she was at the desk basically looking at it." Okay, the key point there is that it's a problem that has been happening for a couple of days; so she was aware of it. If I was in her position, i would take a 5 seconds to quickly check it every half hour or so to make sure i wasn't missing any calls, but no she was adamant that there was nothing she could do. Noteworthy also, that the phone was wireless, meaning she could have brought it with her when she walked away from the desk to minimise the calls she would be missing. Overall probably sounds like nothing to most people, however i'm very busy this week and wasn't too appreciative that i had to waste the only break i was going to take that day at work with a question that could have been a phonecall simply because a staff member didnt have the initiative to think outside the box a little bit; just shows that as long as everything works perfectly, she is fine, but if some things go wrong she is seemingly incapable of figuring out a way around the problem if it isn't something they have been told how to do. Both times i went to the store she was the only one there, if i was the manager i wouldnt want sometimes to frequently be the only staff if they couldnt think and overcome obstacles etc, because in the end you just get frustrated customers. When i worked in retail, i had contingency plans for many scenarios as well as never encountered a problem i didnt try to find a workaround for, and this one really was extremely obvious.
Tonight I was in desperate need to find a a nice casual outfit for the weekend coming up and truthfully I’m not very good at choosing outfits and I also wasn’t sure on what it was I exactly wanted to buy. I was served by an employee named Jayden who assisted in not just helping me choose an outfit but he was always able to inform me of what’s trendy and what goes together as well as give me some helpful tips that I can now use when looking to buy again. I Would highly recommend you visit bossani when ever in search of suits or formal/casual clothing and to bossani managers thank you for choosing such helpful employees
Lol, for a "suit and mensware" company you'd think they would be able to do basic alterations, then again you would think they had knowledge on mensware at all. Products are over priced and then "discounted" to make it seem like your getting a special. You'd be better off going to tarocash.
Went there tonight and got a suit from the young guy runnin the show. He was great, wasnt to pushy like the other store i went too, he was juggling customers well. Very knowlegable about the suits and great with sizes too!
Went in today to get my husband a suit for our sons wedding we were well looked after the staff were very professional will definitely shop there again
