Exceptional service from Callum who was working on his own last Sunday afternoon and got slammed with customers. My husband and I were so impressed with the way he attended to everyone, communicated regularly to each customer and was still considered and thorough in his service to each. It was clear that he values both his customers and his employer, and his diligence and care was standout in a world where genuinely engaged sales representatives are few and far between.
Absolutely impeccable service from Melissa a couple days ago. She knew exactly what she was doing and even when they didn't have the right size, she made sure one was put away at eastland straight away. Definitely coming back for my next suit. The customer service makes this so much better than anywhere else.
Happy as a pig in s**t, young fella baby face glasses brown hair, didn't catch his name but I hope he sees this, gave excellent advice and got me correct sizes when I was in massive rush just from a glance at me, knows his stuff and I'm gonna look swoit for the work break up, Cheers mate!!

Rang Natalie this morning to return a suit bought online- sizing issue. She was incredibly helpful not only on the phone but when I visited the store. After realising that I needed a suit, she gave me all the options available, called multiple stores to get the right size and got me a suit!! Awesome service Natalie, Thank you!!
Experienced staff with ability to pin trousers shirts for length is a rare find but Knox Tarocash has it all. Bought 2 suits plus shirts and more after looking for months.Quality for price and service sold us along with the fashionable yet not dated clothes. Perfect for wedding or formal suits. The Staff make the difference from other stores. Brilliant.
