Went into this store recently, the first time I was helped by a young guy who was fantastic.So I went back again and the whole experience was not good. The girl who was there was useless and it felt I was inconveniencing her by asking for help.She thought she work in a high end store which it isn’t, and then another woman came in (I think she was the manager !!)and she was worse.No smiles ,NO help, just a sour look on her face. Seriously these girls have no customer service skills at all ,they really think they are all that and they are definitely not. !!!! If I go back I will check first that they are not working.

Staff were to busy chatting away rather then helping serve me on an empty store thought would get prompt service. Waited for 15-20 mins even removed my own sizes then went to desk to pay wasnt even acknowledged. Hence walked out wouldnt recommend the store but brand is good
