All employees have been super helpful, assisting with clothes to buy for a friend, even when needing to exchange clothes and put things on hold they have been able to do this with no hassles at all. Super easy to deal with. Very friendly and approachable. Appreciate all the help and would recommend highly :

I bought a green thrills hoodie online and they gave me a t shirt instead. They dont even have my size in the hoodie anymore aswell. Just poor.

Store didn’t hold to there returns policy was told return wasnt possible because they had no cash offered to take merchandise though

Daniel is an expert in the store. Quickly got some outfits sorted with sizing and colour, while having a high quality chat.

Both times ive been to this store, the employees all portray a nasty attitude. Management should look into hiring people who actually want to provide good customer service. Will never shop here again.

Think your getting a decent item of clothing for the premium price? Think again. Collar is all out of shape after one wash.
