me and my friends went in today just for a look at some clothes, my friend picked up a set of nails, she then put them down on a shelf and i picked them up and moved them. we started to leave the store and as we were leaving this lady was at the exit and said to us with a smirk on her face “give me those nails” my friends and i were shocked and she made us walk all the way to the back of the store to get them so she didnt think we took them. we were appalled at how she spoke to us and would have rathered she just asked to see our bags, so sick of stereotypes with teenagers
Absolutely awful customer service, ignored by 3 staff members for the duration of my time in the store. Had to go up and ask them for assistance, in which i was simply dismissed. Just remember customers are what keeps you in a job! this has happened on the 3 occasions i have been in the store over the past 6 months..
Love Cotton On, couldn't rave more about it! Their prices, styles, stock, season changes, deals, perks rewards system and can't wait for the big Cotton On Mega to arrive at Knox!

Awful service Thur 17 Jan... 5.pm.Two lady staff chatting About rent lease study totally ignored me and other customers.. Ignored so much that I had to walk into the shop from the change room half dressed to get another size....right next tp them and still they chatted.. there was myself and two other customers helping eachother and still no assistance ..we even made loud comments still no assistance...I wanted to buy 3 items I stood at the counter and still ignored so I walked out straight passed them they were still chatting... I commented and they didn't care.. Bad service ...actually bad service would have been something...and the funny thing was.. I watched another couple just walk out with clothes without paying....
service was excellent and the other hand is a beautiful place to go shopping
Shopped there with my daughter, fantastic customer service by the lovely young lady who serviced us. Thankyou!
