At 4:15pm 7/12/22 I went to shop at Millers for a Christmas gift for my Mum only to have the sliding door shut on me and be told, “We’re closed!” Since when do doors shut before 5:00pm in the lead up to Christmas?? You’ve lost a customer Millers. Very disappointing.
My Partner and I had a wonderful experience at Millers Knox today. And to be honest we have never had a bad experience at this store. We have always had a laugh with the staff and we have left the store with such a positive energy. Thank you to the staff for an amazing shopping experience
Amazing store, friendly and helpful staff. Just went in to have a look and came out with an enormous carrier bag filled to the top. Had various sizes and styles, colours and length. Highly recommend this store
Normally the staff are great. But today sat there were at least 7 customers in the shop both staff were at the desk one was complaining how she hates working at the ... Store as three days of no sales how awful working at miller's is and how lucky the other staff is having 20 mins left.. Iin that time two of the 7 customers incl myself tried on clothes and returned them.. not even aknowledged or assisted ... Totally ignored the shop there were clothes on the floor and customers .. yet saying how quiet and boring it is. I did see a mother and daughter put three items in their bags I just shrugged .. two staff at the desk 7 customers being ignored I felt like saying are we invisible .. . Where are the good staff that want to be there gone...
Not inpressed when the sales woman asked my child for proof of vacination.She was very rude. I've shopped at millers for years and I won't be shopping there anymore. I did show her our proof of vaccination but then left.
Good quality, lovely prices
Lots of clothes & bargains. Miller's have a variety of women's clothes. It's worth having a look.
Always enjoy going, browsing the special products . Although some of the fruit & vegetables aren't the freshest.
They were fantastic the lady in there was very helpful I love Miller's they always have something you can buy for a special day or night out .
