Great service. Fitted me out perfectly with a magnificent looking suit with extras. Gentleman who served me was professional , polite , has an extensive knowledge of menswear which was handy as I was purchasing a particular look. He knew exactly what i wanted. Made me feel welcome as soon as I stepped in. Shops like this are rare to find. I would recommend anyone to shop there. Thankyou for making me look like a million bucks $$$
Bought suit jackets for my wedding party from the Chadstone store and had an amazing experience. Then made the mistake of stepping into the Knox store to look at shirts. The man serving me was nothing but rude and arrogant and even commented on my poor clothing choice for my up coming wedding. I unfortunately do not know this men's name but it was not the shorter men who regularly works there and have had good experiences with in the past. If it was possible to give no stars I would. The older gentleman behind the desk is somewhat judgmental and rude. I was wearing gym clothes when I was trying to choose a suit, he’s constantly staring at me. Although Peter Jackson is a high end designer for suits and I don’t look like I can purchase much in gym clothes, there wasn’t any reason to constantly stare at clients. It’s not like I was going to steal anything. I left after he mouthed something at me. Won’t be back here anytime soon.
Came in for a shirt for a wedding, super professional, sized me up accurately straight away. Had a good chat, wonderful customer service. Will be buying again
Dude who helped me out was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Solid prices, quality and variety for the suits. Based on my personal experience, definitely recommend.
Don't make my mistake and take their word for it. I bought two shirts. Salesperson told me after I asked to try one of the shirts on that there was no need to try the other shirts as they were all identical. The collar, sleeve length and just overall fit was different between the two. In addition he interrupted me while I was in the change room more than once. His store manager was also pushy and negative. Out of original packaging, goodbye refund/exchange. If you want Peter Jackson service, go to Chris at The Glen.
Christian went well out of his way, nothing was too hard, he contacted two different stores to sort out my requirements and provided excellent customer service. There was no pressure after two visits and phone conversations he was happy for us to buy or not. Thanks again.
I am giving Peter Jackson a score of 0 stars. I went into your store today. An Asian man was there. At the time I was the only one in the store. I asked him how his day was and he said he's already had a few sales. As we spoke, I asked him if he had pants for me. He said you're tall and we don't have your size. He showed me a rack and said these are the sizes they have. he went back to his work. I asked whats my size as I only know it in inches. The sizes were different. I said I liked checks. little response. I said maybe I could alter the pants. he said, well that's between you and the alteration company. I asked if the centre had an alteration company. he said they're all around. here's the thing. does peter Jackson give the customer an experience. yes you do - a bad experience. I never felt he wanted to help me. maybe cos I wasn't rushing for my wallet. but maybe he judged me too early. he was mature in age and he wasn't interested in what he was doing. So here's my question peter Jackson, is your store only for the exclusively rich - because we hand't talked about rpice. I was ready to pay . but I wanted my size. here's my thing. a guy at work is almost 6 ft 6 and he bought pants from you... recently. how does that work. I will NEVER go back. I went across the walkway to the bossini store and was taken care of. I spent my money where I was treated like a person - not just a wallet. bye Pater Jackson . you've lost a customer because you were rude and disinterested
I have now dealt with both Ian and Christian, they have both always been extremely professional and easy to deal with. I would happily recommend this store to any friends and family looking for a suit and definitely by far the best Peter Jackson store i have had dealings with
Rather scattered service. The merchandise is lovely, but the service was terrible. The Asian man was lovely but the French guy was not only impatient but very short and unhelpful with one word answers and replies. Upon asking to try a suit on, he said word for word "ok but hurry up" I was gobsmacked at this and asked why to which he replied "we close soon" It was 438pm. It was clear he did not want to spend 1 second past 5pm in the shop. Needless to say, our $4,400 for two suits was spent in another department NOT Peter Jackson today.
