My daughter and I recently went shopping for a graduation outfit. The girls at dotti in knox were extremely helpful, as busy as they were I was more than satisfied with the great service and the young girls knowledge of the stock in the store. We found the perfect out fit which had a 30% of sale. Keep up your great friendly service.

I had never really been into dotti thinking it was more for younger girls. I have now been in x2 times once to try and buy a few things and once to return an item. Both times 2 different sales staff went above and beyond. Even with the refund the young lady was really lovely, was honest about the item being a smaller cut and they didnt have my size left. Thank you after a negative experience in another chain, i will be back to visit again. Kudos to you guys.

I just think that these clothes are not unique...its like lve seen them in many other stores... Dotti was one of my favourite stores but to me, it's gone backward...l have been in this store but have not bought anything for a few years now
