Very helpful and friendly staff. Its nice to have a shop that sells clothing in real sizes.
For clarification, I've written this for my partner who shopped there. when we went in, we saw a fantastic range of products that actually look nice. genuinely good plus size options at this store, along with friendly staff. Kristie helped us & I can't recommend her enough! She was patient, understanding and had excellent suggestions for fit type & sizing options. For anyone who is looking for a nice looking and well fitting plus sized options, try this place first!
have enjoyed this store for years. The latest ranges have bursts of colour, flattering lines, and styles that dont make me feel as though I am wearing a tent. The staff at the Knox store are amazing and will always go out of their way to give advice or recommend garments for individual tastes and body types. Probably only downside is that prices are generally more expensive per garment.
Love this shop. As a plus size woman myself I find it so hard to find nice clothes, a lot of shops have just horrible straight cut clothes that make you feel worse about yourself. Bigger girls have curves too and city chic celebrates that. The staff are always very friendly, helpful and very honest about if they think the style does not suit you rather than saying it looks amazing just to make a sale. Although the shop is very pricey I like to go to their sales where you can get their usual $150 dresses for $40. The city chic dfo store at uni hill bundora is amazing as 80% of the stuff there is always on sale.
Staff are great and they always have a good mix of sale and full price items. The girls will tell it to you straight no fake flattery. Staff always willing to grab different sizes and recommend styles.
Perfect staff Very helpful,friendly & they were honest which was something I really needed. Not much of a shopper as I work in the trade industry 6days a week so when it comes to shopping for actual girly clothes I'm awkward haha.
I love shopping here. The girls are lovely and helpful. The manager Caitlyn always goes above and beyond.
I'm a regular shopper and prefer this particular store over others in the chain. The customer service is amazing!
When i walked into the store not knowing it was a plus size store; a lady almost instantly walked up to me and asked if ''i was shopping for the friend'' then she said ''our smallest size is etc'' there extremely rude.
The girls here are so good at their jobs, they know the products inside and out and are always there to help.
