Myer Knox City

When this store used to be open, I used to come in and enjoy everything about it, the cafe on level 3, the clearance level on level 4 & all the lovely employees. I really miss this store so much and hope it does return one day… to whoever worked at that store, thank you for being royalty to me and all the other customers and will always remember this store and will always have a place in my heart. Thank you for 50 years. I’m surely am gonna miss you

My first time ordering at myer cafe, thick shakes where really nice as well as fresh home made baklava. Thick shakes where Blue heaven and chocolate. Very nice staff, friendly and good service next time ill try the food menu

I am sorry to learn that this store is closing down. I have been having lunch at the excellent café for the past few months. I wouldn’t mind making a bid for the lego ladies. Edit: I asked a staff member in that section who told me that the lego ladies are going back to Lego. Sadly they are not for sale. Edit 2: Hey Myer, when are you going to fix the "up" escalator from level 2 to level 3? It's been out of order for ages. You ARE planning to fix it, aren't you?

This Store leaves a lot to be desired as it looks tired and in need of a refurbishment. Fittings look old and there is hardly any Staff to serve you. Myer has totally lost its edge and also Management is coasting and not aggressively looking for extra business as the small display of Easter Eggs gives you an idea on the poor business this Store is doing. It’s a shame to see a large company throw the towel in !!!! No atmosphere in this Store , will not last for long into the future.

This review is about the 10 -15 minutes BEFORE I was actually served.... In the Fragrance section, 10 -15 minute wait whilst listening to 2 employees talk to customers, not solely about what they were trying to sell them, but in general conversation also. Then was told by an extremely rude hag of a woman that I would either have to continue waiting or go find a sales assistant!!! It's no wonder this store is closing soon, so that women like this lose their jobs.

I have been told to my surprise that Myer Knox is shutting for good.I have been thinking that this place is the biggest shop in Knox so it has to be a major department store that takes over the Myer three story levels and a number of big businesses that are capable of making a successful business are Costco , Amazon just to name two potential buyers but if someone has knowledge of what companies are looking to get the massive floor space will attract a huge amount of customers, shame Myer is closing but times change and I can only imagine that it would be a good opportunity for a large popular company will move in.

Had to wait at checkout 10 mins or more whilst salesman at till was on his mobile phone. Then told me a 78 yo female with chronic illness, that I was at the wrong checkout & to 'go over there' which I could not see. I badly needed to sit down somewhere, but No Seats. Then I had to queue again, was told not serving that side of counter where a till was, they could see I had no energy & was in distress of being in their store for about half an hour now - standing, & then I was told bluntly, not courteously, they were all doing the best they could!! There were three lady cashier's at this counter. This is the First Ever really Negative response I have ever made. Most of mine have been five stars, the previous review to this I gave TEN STARS.

Not great, EOFY "sales" were just a bunch of broken stock or things that no one would really want anyway. They are closing down soon, I will probably go back to see of they have any decent closing down sales but not holding my breath

Very pleasant shopping experience. Staff is very friendly helpful and attentive. Add a lot of warmth in the shopping experience. Sometimes when we do too much online shopping we have gradually lost the appreciation of precious human service. Will come again.
