Buyer beware. I bought a sports jacket at full price at Woodstock Knox this afternoon, after the staff convinced me that it fitted well. When I arrived home, I checked it again and found that it does no such thing. The sleeves are too short. Woodstock Knox refused a refund, even though the jacket was bought an hour ago, and had obviously not been worn. Common sense doesn't feature at this shop...

ordered some ties for our wedding through them, young kid that helped us order the ties was FANTASTIC! rest of staff, rude and snobby, will not be going again
