I had to buy a pen. It cost me $2.95. If that is cheap, i dunno what is expensive. The marking of prices is also not properly visible. I thought it was .95, which i  found out to be $2.95 at checkout. I prefer officeworks, or book depository for books.

I was DISGUSTED to be intentionally hung up on when I called today the bookshop today when the staff member couldn't be bothered to investigate my inquiry on a course I had completed at Swinburne . 
Swinburne University customer service is more than 
employing people who just want to stand in a shop saying 'hello' when people walk in...

Friendly helpful staff who answered all of my questions. Definitely would recommend as a place to buy your books and stationery from to students!
