After 2 phone calls I had all the information I needed and the book I was chasing for a reasonably fair price. I can't find anything to complain about, but must say the packaging of my book was impressive and the book exactly as explained/ described. Unhelpful and arrogant staff. You know the old trick which seems common to booksellers and antique dealers - you ask for something and of course say they have have it but "not on the premises". You get told you will have to come back and scorned for not ringing in advance and letting then know what you were after. They act disdainfully like they don't need your business or you can't afford the books anyway.
