Despite what's in their web site, they were not easy to deal with. Very vague statements when we discussed a trail book. When I requested more info about the trail book that was 5 years old, I was sent commission statements that was almost 5 years old. I was given very limited info and was advised that there are a lot of interest for the trail book that I was requesting info and they can sell to someone today without such info. I was only asking for the age of the book, demographics of the clients and the average loan size. My first experience, not so good.
