A smaller Dymocks store, but well stocked. Located in Tooronga Village
Aside from an initial technical issue with the phone disconnecting, this was the perfect transaction. Stuck in lockdown in desperate need of a reference book for my daughter. The book was confirmed to be in stock, as per the website details and my purchase was completed over the phone in minutes. The icing on the cake was the owner/store manager, Hank, personally delivered the book to our home as a contactless delivery, also leaving a lovely gift inside some "reading" socks. Hank, you're generosity and customer service exceeded my expectations. I wasn't up to leaving the house, so your assistance was much needed and appreciated more than you'll ever know. Thank you so much. You've just won over a new loyal customer!
A good range of books in stock but the great thing about this store is the staff. If they don’t have the book you’re looking for they will go out of their way to locate it for you and have it transferred in. They will also suggest alternatives on the same topic or by the same author. When the book arrives you’re notified by text. A great service and an asset to the shopping centre.
Wonderful, bright, book shop with really knowledgeable staff who are all book geeks who know what's worth reading, provide their own book reviews, and are always helpful, even if you or your little darling/rascal are very tired and need a nap. If you are a grandparent or a clueless bloke in need of an appropriate present, come in and ask. Your legs won't get tired from picking up, putting back, picking up, putting back, picking up, putting back, picking up, putting back, as the team here will shortcut the process, find you the perfect book, wrap it for you, slap on a card, And you're out of jail or the dog house in not time. Oh, And they just won Stockland Best Retailer Of The Year. Yes, this store! You can't go wrong.
A great although relatively small book store nearby. While I do not know what books to read when waiting for my hair cut, they provide some good selections.
I was told that my book would be ready on Wednesday, the store person refused to look in a box where my ordered book was. some of the worst customer service you will ever experience. to not even open a box to get a book purchased and then to be vilified on Facebook is nothing but inexcusable bad service. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
