Very poor customer service and staff training. On 2 occasions where I left the store without being served. Staff on duty are too busy having casual conversations that is not business related. I travel far to buy from your store. I doubt I'll be wasting my time travelling back there.
Love this store ! Always helpful and good products
Pathetic customer service. Have been going to the Templestowe and Caulfield shops for a few years now. Some of the staff are lovely, but the last few times I've been to Templestowe, I say hi with not a word of a reply. Order, still not a word spoken. Then all I get is the eftpos machine pushed in my direction. No customer service at all. I won't be returning. I'll be ordering from Springbok Foods on the Gold Coast where the merchandise is of far better quality, and the staff seem to appreciate doing business. It's sad, but I am not going to support this company anymore.
I love shopping here! The customer service is always great. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and the homemade food is delicious! Couldn’t recommend this shop more!
Great shop to buy authentic boerewors, drywors and biltong. Prices are very reasonable compared to a lot of other South African shops in Australia! So I don’t agree with some of the other reviews.
