I am very sceptical about new cosmetic clinics and I was very nervous because of what we hear about cosmetic procedures and things that might go wrong. I found Chelsea cosmetic and day surgery staff are very professional, they took enough time to explain things to me and they were very friendly and professional. Dr. Attalla advised me to have fillers instead of Botox. I found the procedure is almost painless and the results are very natural and now I am getting complements from my friends all the time. Thanks to Chelsea cosmetic and day surgery I got my confidence back.
