These people lack any conscience or goodwill or humanity. They are built like guileless boring robots. Customer service -100 points.

I attended this morning and was served by Tarun.  I asked for the 2 for $12 carwash.  He put it through and said it was $28.  I said no I want the special as per the sign at the front.  He left the shop, looked at the sign and ran it through again.  He then said its $20.  Again I said no I want the 2 for $12.  He said ... you should go to Coles Express they are 2 for $14 as I can't help you. A loyal customer of many years being told to go elsewhere. Well done United.

Price is cheap and also good services especially it’s cold in the winter , the night stuff is still very patient to service me with warm smile in the night . And I think it’s so hard to do job in the night , thanks this shop providing good services anytime and thanks a guy who work in the night to make me feel satisfied compared with other Petrol station such as 7.**that’s so rude services in the night !
