Horrid. Was going to buy coffee and this Indian mate really was lazy and gave us change in 5 cents. Two handfuls. unbelievable. Deserves to be fired. Hilarious. This staff members completely clueless.
Employees are so unprofessional. Every time I come here they’re always trying to upsell things in the fuel station and do it in such a forceful manner. You’d think when I say no 3-4 times, it means no.nnThe staff here are very undertrained for this job and are not fit for work here. Management please look into the lady at the counter on 14/06 @ 10:00am and have a word with her.nnThis isn’t the first time I’m dealing with pestering employees who hassle the customers. 0/5 stars if I could. I can confirm I will not return due to the attitude and unprofessionalism of the staff.
Terrible experience. The employee charged the lady the wrong petrol number before me and wanted me to pay for hers which was more $$. He didn’t believe he made a mistake and blamed it on me for no reason. He then refused to provide a receipt for my company card which is for tax purposes. Wasted my time and no empathy for the customers when asked for a refund. Maalik was the employee and needs to work on customer service skills and how to use the system properly. Never going back and this is coming from a local person.
The carwash is a total scam. It only works half the time but the code becomes obsolete and then they refuse to refund or believe costumers who complain!
Worst customer service by mallik he is literally talking in the phone not even taking care about the customers.
