Rude service. Second time using the BPme app at this station. First time was no issue. This time, however, there were problems with the app. For some reason it kept crashing. After the pump was unlocked I proceeded to fill up, then the app crashed again. Went to the counter to clarify whether the payment went through, and I was prepared to pay by alternative means. The guy accused me of playing around with the app as if I didn't know anything. After explaining to him repeatedly he realised that the payment was made, but no apologies were given. Will never to go back to this BP station again.
