I encountered a very disgusting thing today. I was filling up my car at a BP and the price that popped up after I filled up the tank was 58.37. When I went to pay, an Indian staff member asked me to pay 58.40. I didn't say anything and he said it was the right amount. But he followed up with another sentence, saying that I had to round up the amount next time I filled up the car, as if I was taking advantage of him by rounding up to five cents. It was a very insulting attitude. Has anyone ever encountered this before?

Such friendly customer service here, always greeted and told to have a good day and not just scripted talking, they genuinely do care about their customers nOh and BP, keep stocking those ORIGINAL Chocolate Big Ms  they’re way better then the new flavour

I bought a gas tank for a weeks caravan trip, at the BP, $90, that turned out to be completely empty! I questioned the attendant at the counter who was more interested in being on his mobile phone. None of the bottles had a seal on them. He assured me they were all full. I wish I had listened to my ‘gut’ and bought somewhere else! Very poor service! I will not be going back, except to get my refund!

Always well-stocked, clean and with friendly service. I must say the pumps are modern and flow very well. Only complaint I have is it is a bit difficult for cars to get around the station and back onto the road because it is a fairly small space.

Rude cashier too busy talking on his bluetooth headset to say a single word to me when paying. Don't stop here, 20 metres further there is a United with cheaper petrol.
