Unleaded price was $1.68 on the big board, i double checked the 91 and 98 prices, it was not available on the tank i got fuel from, looked at the big board again, there was two prices, one for diesel and unleaded $1.68, i pad and asked for the receipt and they charged me $1.899. means the 7eleven in Donvale tricks you easily. 7 Eleven Donvale mislead consumer with their price display.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the franchisee. Will never be returning to this store or any others for that matter!
Today, I meet Anne, the Asian sales lady at the paying counter. She rushed me to tell her my order when I just got in line in a rude way. The other 7 eleven branches sales person help me all the time how to use the app. But she didn't helped me out how to use the 7 eleven app instead she just wanted me to figure out myself on the side while she was rushing to serve the next customer. She raised her voice at me while talking to me. This is very rude and bad customer service because she's supposed to help the customer to be able to pay with 7 eleven fuel lock promo and should talk calmly to customer. I'm never coming back to this branch again.
Bought a coffee and bacon and cheese meat pie. Meat pie was not fresh at all. Seemed like it was sitting on the shelf for a good few days or reheated multiple times. Crust was very hard and inside was all black and dry.. very disappointed that how someone can sell stale food to make money and ready to lose customers.nI usually come here for a coffee being local but I never got a good vibe about the owners here. The woman will keep watching you as if you'll run away without paying. Very poor customer service and not a good attitude towards its customers.
