Esh, is a great worker.nNot sure what this other bloke John is on about but Esh would never do such a thing. In fact he’s actually gone out of his way to make sure I am satisfied. The best staff, the cleanest store and the stock is always great. Great variety as well.
I just had the worst experience at this 7-11. I poured a small coffee from their coffee machine but the machine had run out of milk. The coffee that did come out I emptied as it would have been too strong and grabbed a new cup as coffee had spilt over the sides and was dirty.nnI called the attendee over to help whose name was Esharib. He replenished the milk and asked me to use the same dirty cup otherwise he would charge me for a new cup. I said thats ridiculous and he then asked me to leave the shop but was in the middle of pouring another coffee to he which he then threatened to call the police.nnWhen I got to the counter to pay he was on the phone to the authorities. He then charged me an extra $1.50 for the cup which I reluctantly paid for. It wasn’t the $1.50 that bothered me, it was his extremely rude and disrespectful behaviour towards me. Never in my life have I been treated like this by another human being.nnHe basically called me a criminal and was calling the police over a dirty cup. You should be ashamed of yourself. He also said he was the owner, but he would not be in business if he treats customers like this. Horrible horrible experience and I advise you based on this experience not to shop here.nnI will also be contacting head office as this guy should not be representing 7-11. Disgraceful.
Cut my hand on sharp metal while exchanging a gas bottle. No offer of help, no apology, no incident report, no first aid and no response from head office. Good to see this store takes keeping there customers safe a priority
I usually order flavoured milk regularly with uber at this store and it’s now happens more than 5 times I have recieved OUT OF DATE FLAVOURED MILK. The staff on duty at night DONT EVEN CHECK THE DATE ON THE MILK, they just pick it up and into the bag. This is a serious problem as anyone with an allergic reaction could potentially kill someone.nBefore I report this to consumer affairs, please warn your staff to CHECK THE USE BY DATE ON ANY PRODUCTS BEFORE SENDING WITH UBER.nIt’s not happen more than 5 times. You have been warned.
7-11 is synonymous with Slurpees. And nothing is better to beat the heat in the hot Aussie summer.nUnfortunately this 7-11 did not get the memo. The Slurpee machine is always not working properly and filled with unfrozen slurry. Nothing is ever done to fix it.nSad
