I had an amazing experience at this 7-Eleven! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The store was super neat and clean, which made the whole visit enjoyable. The coffee zone was a definite highlight. I loved everything about it!
There is a short Indian guy about 20-30’s age, his service attitude was incredibly rude.nnBarely greeting, and never say thank you back, just repeated the question “any fuel”potted the price on eftpos, when you done your payment and said to him “ thank you” he not even bothered to flip an eye on you to say thank you back.nnI don’t know what’s wrong with his life to make him think that’s a professional standard for the servicing industry, or play superior on the local customers to make him feel better. Will definitely give that guy a worst feedback next timennAll other staffs are lovely and warm welcome all the time, I living in local area, always come to grab drinks and fuel few time a week, we deserve better attitude to start the day
7-11 is synonymous with Slurpees. And nothing is better to beat the heat in the hot Aussie summer.nUnfortunately this 7-11 did not get the memo. The Slurpee machine is always not working properly and filled with unfrozen slurry. Nothing is ever done to fix it.nSad
Driveways are a bit narrow here and space in this Servo is a bit restricted.nAlso bins need emptying more often.nEverytime l am there, l have noticed bins being very full.
Totally love this 7/11. The staff are very friendly, respectful and helpful and look after me really well. Always the best price for fuel when I use the fuel price lock on the app. Great range of products which is very convenient as I don’t like shopping from the large supermarket chains.
