Well I ordered tonight a souvlaki, and to my disappointment the meat that I had in my souvlaki seemed to be quite fatty, as we all know a cut of meat does have little fat in it, I automatically assumed I unfortunately received the fatty bits. as I couldn't eat it I returned to the shop, and without wanting to embarrass the ever so friendly staff I explained what had occurred within a sec the owner came and immediately offered a burger in replacement or really whatever I wanted , and I was more than happy with some chips...he insisted and then proceeded to even refund my $10, after me telling him this really wasn't necessary as it was an honest mistake, as the souvlaki meat was seasoned to perfection, he continued to give me the money back as well as my absolutely yummy chips, to die for!! So no doubt I will return as this exceptional service is a class of its own! As we all make mistakes it's how you fix them and by far the most professional manner possible! So I shall see you again! Thanks
