The ice creams are good AND NO THE ICE CREAM MACHINE ISNT BROKEN it’s just being cleaned which means they actually care about their ice cream! Although they do get my order mixed up, I usually get ice cream and the new grimace shake is fire too!

The restaurant is dirty and filthy, extremely.nnThey don’t care about their customer, and served an ice cream only 2/3 of a serve you can find from most other McDonald’s. the staffs just don’t care and never clean up. Poor place to visit.
Tldr: fed me plastic and a cockroach.nOn the 23rd of july around 10pm I have received a wrap with some plastic in it. As it was a while ago and I did not have the receipt I did not expect any refund. I have flagged this to the manager on the 11th of september around midnight, so they could potentially re train some staff. He offered me a free burger anyways which I accepted. He even checked later for the exact time of when this happened. After finishing my burger however I noticed a LIVE COCKROACH in my burger box. Unfortunately I did not take a photo because I was a little surprised. I have thrown out the rest of my food. I have showed it to the staff and was offered a refund. When I listed what I had the manager asked if I wanted the whole thing refunded. I am not sure why he assumed that I would enjoy or even eat the rest of the meal I got but he might have been just as suprised as myself. I got refunded for less then my purchase. After when asking for a bottle of water because I was feeling sick I got charged for the bottle. Would appreciate if the appropriate manager/anyone reached out.
Some staffs are pretty nice and some aren’t I went there to have frozen coke before and I was broken for a few monthsnSome staffs are very nice and they gave me this photo attached
