Tldr: fed me plastic and a cockroach.nOn the 23rd of july around 10pm I have received a wrap with some plastic in it. As it was a while ago and I did not have the receipt I did not expect any refund. I have flagged this to the manager on the 11th of september around midnight, so they could potentially re train some staff. He offered me a free burger anyways which I accepted. He even checked later for the exact time of when this happened. After finishing my burger however I noticed a LIVE COCKROACH in my burger box. Unfortunately I did not take a photo because I was a little surprised. I have thrown out the rest of my food. I have showed it to the staff and was offered a refund. When I listed what I had the manager asked if I wanted the whole thing refunded. I am not sure why he assumed that I would enjoy or even eat the rest of the meal I got but he might have been just as suprised as myself. I got refunded for less then my purchase. After when asking for a bottle of water because I was feeling sick I got charged for the bottle. Would appreciate if the appropriate manager/anyone reached out.
Ordered a Classic Angus. Missing pickles, mustard and tomatoes. Definitely not a Classic Angus!! Cashier did not issue or hand over a receipt. We thought that it might be with the food. No receipt in the bag. Mcdonald's not serving according to their Menu. Most disappointing!!! Alert to all takeaway customers to check their orders before driving off.
We had a late fast food craving for McDonalds, went through drive thru and realised after we drove off that all our fries were old, oily, cold and soggy.nnThe worst thing was the meal was not completed with out the McDonald fries.nWe won't be returning, so sad that the family was not able to even call up the restaurant. No one seemed to pick up the phone for the past 20mins. Why would you be a 24 hours restaurant on Saturday and not be able to contact. A very disappointing family meal cost $40 odd dollars.
Toilet for man dirty, no soap, the dryer doesnt work. I waited 15 minutes for my order... My McFlury was very low, half glass... Tables dirty... Worst Mc Donald I have seen in my life.
EDIT : My family got dinner from here again tonight, only a few weeks after my review was originally posted, and you guys stuffed up again!! I had ordered an apple pie with my rewards points, only to not receive one in the bag. By the time we had realised, we had already driven home, so we couldn't be bothered complaining. This isn't the first time you guys have forgotten a whole food item. Also, how hard is it for you guys to include sauces in the bag when nuggets have been ordered??? What am I meant to dip my nuggets in? Air? When I used to work here, I'd give customers whole handfuls of sauces, but these workers here are obviously too lazy to read order screens and include the right items. Following back to one of my previous points, HOW HARD IS IT TO INCLUDE NAPKINS?? Does each individual napkin come out of each employee's paycheck or something? Is that why it is so hard to include a bunch of napkins in the bag? Once again, where am I meant to wipe my hands? On the tablecloth?? On my clothes??? Stop being so lazy and stingy and include napkins in the bag. It is not that difficult, unless you're hiring incompetent workers.nnTell me why you guys seem to be only hiring incompetent teenagers to staff your restaurant. during lockdowns, the food here was pretty good, my family never had any complaints, but as soon as all that ended, the service had just gone downhill.nnThe young workers on the front counter clearly don't want to be there or could care less about their job, and it shows through their customer service. Yes, it's a job at Maccas, but still act like you want to be there or at least fake it. I've worked here before and hated it, but I still tried to make sure everything was right for the customer.nnThe number of times we have eaten from here in the past year, probably 90% of our orders were missing some food item. how hard is it to read off the screen and pack orders correctly? and how hard is it to include napkins in the bag??nnThe only workers I see here who actually seem like they try their best with customer service is the managers so good job for that.
