This fuel station has been reported.nMy car has a 61lt fuel tank with some fuel left in there. I filled it up over 65lts?nThe pump is way off calibration to the point that I have made an official submission to ACCC.nDONT TRUST THE CHEAP FUEL THERE AND WATCH WHAT YOUR PAYING FOR.
Above your average ready to go meat pie from a petrol station, but its far from great. So, let’s break it down…nnAtmosphere: ***nThis franchise is inside a petrol station convenience store, the Pie Face pie cabinet is well presented but it does make you a little apprehensive about the quality of pies and how they are cook. From observation it looked like the Pies are rapid hot air roasted 2 at a time. The convenience store was well presented and clean.nnCustomer Service: ****nThe customer service rep was courteous but rushed off his feet as we ordered 6 pies and he had to negotiate 3 other customers with petrol purchases between cooking. Seem very inefficient and the rep seemed a little rushed considering it was only them.nThe customer service was very good, courteous, and helpful, it would have been even better if there was a support person to assist them.nnFood Why we are here: ***nOrder: Steak and Peppercorn; & Grand Eye Fillet PiesnnSteak and Peppercorn – It was nicer than your average pie and I was surprised that the quick oven bake did make the pastry hot and flaky. It was a good mix of mince, gravy, and pepper but it lacked that extra something.nGrand Eye Fillet – The meat in this pie was great; large, chunky melt in your mouth meaty pieces – however I found the gravy taste weird, as in it the flavour seemed odd not bad but strangenI will say this – There range of sauces, especially the “Herb and Tomato” and the “Chili” are a MUST TRY with the pies.nnOverall: ***nIt makes you feel like you are presented with an upscale Four & Twenty Pie Oven and while the pies certainly are tasty, they are only a little above average and I’m not sure they are worth the price.
Very upset with my experience tonight. I was trying to arrive before closing time at 9:00PM since I needed to fill up with e85 and this servo was the only one close to me that has this fuel. I drove in at 8:57pm, yes this is close to closing time but still prior to 9pm. I saw all the lights off inside and a worker getting into their car. I asked what time the servo closed and the worker replied and said 9pm. Obviously I understand that coming up to 9pm that there are things to do in order to start tidying up and getting ready to leave, but this worker had obviously closed up early to go home. Very disappointed and frustrated with this experience especially since I was then not able to make it home without running out of fuel. Absolutely unacceptable customer service from the worker leaving, attached is a photo of the car that this worker was getting into at exactly 8:58pm.
Been using this servo for more than a year now, never had any issues. Can be busy when the fuel price is cheaper than the BP down the road. Recommended.
