While absolutely every othe petrol station in Doncaster has petrol over $2 for over a week, this BP as always still has their prices 40c per litre lower.nnThis is not a one time occurrence, this happens all the time! Give your business to this gentleman.
They've changed their car wash toa 'touchless' car wash. It's crap and more expensive than the old car wash that actually washed your car. The new one does not even get all the bird poo off and yet is several $$$ more expensive. And I agree there is no foam in the car wash. They just spray with water? And the wash does not even wash your wing mirrors. Avoid at all costs!
I always get good and friendly service at this servo. I also use their carwash regularly; no complaints.
Went to replace an bbq gas tank that I purchased from there the previous night didn’t try it when I went home because I needed it for the next day and when I went to set it up the following morning the valve was faulty and wasn’t functioning the guy told me to wait I said okay but please I’m in a hurry because I have people over and they are waiting he called his manager or the owner he could see that the tank is still heavy and was asking me if I used it at all like how dude I’m telling you it’s not functioning he said be patient and went inside serving other customers I stayed on the line and he ignored me jumping on the other counter and serving people behind me I straight forward asked him what are you doing is my turn to be served the Customer behind me told him are you serious why you skipping him?and his attitude is telling me you know there are many scammers? I’m like what are you talking about New Year’s Day I have people home waiting for lunch you think I wanna be doing this? Anyway he came out again agreed to give me my empty tank back and get a refund I went again on the line waiting but this time there was an old lady telling him that she cannot see and she need to pay with her savings account and he wasn’t even trying to help her and was telling her tap here for like 5 mins the line was almost until outside got tired of waiting as it would take even longer until my turn came and just got my empty tank left without my refund like a bit more thank $32 never stepping my leg at this place again there is plenty petrol stations around avoid this dogshit place!!!
I would like to rate 5 stars for the operator served me today. Due to the wrong calculation, I prepaid too much with gift card in night shift. The operator double checked with me as he cannot refund with gift card payment. However, I over paid $32 dollars , so I came to talk to him. He is kind enough to help me to do a cash refund. His customer service goes beyond and above his duty, as he advised me before I made the silly decision. I really appreciated his service today.
