Used car wash. It didnt work properly and left my car with lots of soap. Told the guy so he gave me another pass. Went again and it left my car soaked with soap again. Clearly water rinse didn't work. I told the guy and asked my money back since my car wasn't clean.
They gave me my money and manager said never to use their facility again. So much customer service from BP.

Very poor service and worst stuff you can find in here always bad moon show on there face and no manner！Trade you like animal .Yes if you want the worse experience then try here and you will never come to this station again.Look at how many people give 1 star to here you will never come back and I should check before come to here，Totally bad experience here .Do not waste your money and time to here.

Poor customer service. Receipt slammed on counter. I think the worker was not happy that he had to get up from the chair he was sitting in. Sorry to inconvenience you. Won't come back again.

The teller - NASH is a disgrace to customer service. Throwing books around behind the counter, yelling at me as a customer, because i asked him to process a motorpass transaction, as appose to paying cash, simply because "he couldnt be bothered'.. he ended up processing the motorpass transaction.. Nash... I would love to award you with  - ""The Worst Customer Service Rep of the Year award for 2016"". stay away or you might experience what i did. #traumenting
