I had my phone's screen gone black with no reason. I referred here to get it repaired. They sent it to repair service without asking any questions and even helped me to save the data on my phone with leaving a note for repair centre. I got the screen repaired for free as it was under warranty. I was impressed with the quick repair and the fact that I was able to pick it up on a Saturday! Great service and very friendly staff!

I've been a loyal Samsung customer for many years BUT! When I went to Samsung Doncaster today with every intention of purchasing a new S22 Ultra I was greatly disappointed.  Currently I have a Z3 Flip and was told that I could get a $175 trade it in for the new phone, I explained to the girl that the Flip phone is 2 years old and has a crease in the screen as these phones are prone to have, she checked with her counterpart who whispered to her that the screen was no good. The girl then said that I wouldn't qualify for the $175 trade in.  Firstly, I thought it was extremely rude for the sales assistant to whisper to the other sales assistant, was there some secret grading system that I wasn't supposed to hear?  Secondly, why don't I qualify for a trade-in when the crease in the screen is a result of Samsung manufacturing as I have done nothing to damage the flip phone?

Been there twice. First time to collect a new phone and second time enquiring about a genuine samsung watch band. Didn't buy Both times the sales staff were very helpful and quite knowledgeable. Definitely would have no hesitation in returning if I had a need.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had the displeasure of at a phone store. Took my s21 there recently as it had black screened on me. Was told the warranty was void due to a faint crack in the screen not what caused the phone to die and was hit with a $510 repair fee. Was told by the smirking service attendant they couldn't offer me a loan phone in the meantime, so handed over the phone in its case and forked out for the repair. Phone was repaired and I returned to pick it up, only to discover the case was not with the phone. The manager proceeded to walk off and call someone. He came back and was adamant there was no case because they usually hand those back before sending the phone for repair never happened. I explained again I never left with it and have been a long-standing customer, which clearly meant nothing to him. I had to ask for a replacement case to which he replied none of them would fit my phone. He offered ZERO reimbursement and when I asked what he was going to do about the matter, his response was "absolutely nothing".  This was the point I snapped, called him a "f__king d__khead" and walked off. It was either that or throw my phone at his head.  Don't even bother going here unless you want to leave disappointed or infuriated. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

Good service when everyone is in. If you see just one servise person, you can expect very long wait. Besides that, or once you have attention no problem. Good knowledge of product, valuable advice and proper service.

Used to be a good Samsung service and well-trained staff able to help with plenty of knowledge and skills.  However, lately there are not have lacked knowledge and courtesy. They deflect questions and give excuses... seems that new sales are the focus now.

Just purchased a new Galaxy S21 Ultra, it performs and looks outstanding! The performance is insane and since it's packed with 12gb ram and 256gb, it feels faster than any other phone I have owned. P.S: 8k Pictures with the new high MP on the new camera is incredible.. Big up Samsung!!!

I don't think this is run by Samsung but a retail staff group as it says on the staff's laptop, very limited Samsung support here have to send a phone away for a week for warranty, I have a few Samsung devices and I don't want to make a warranty claim otherwise I need to backup the device myself then wipe it then I'm without a phone for a week. I took MacBook to Apple and their service makes me sad to get support from Samsung

I am so grateful for the expert assistance I have received today and a shout out to David Li and Karmerm for their patience and help.I would highly  recommend Samsung Doncaster.

4 staff members standing in the kiosk i picked up 2 z fold covers looked at them put them down picked them up again a not one of them thought it was a good idea to stop their chit chat to serve me after waiting some time i went over and advised them of my dissapointment and they advised me i could complain to samsung retail which i will.also be doing it amazes me that in an era when jobs are higher then workers staff would be more customer focused i left the store without buying the 2 covers i was interested in as i will not support a business that is not interested in supporting its customers
