During the last two years if Covid 19, I have found a number of my regular prescribed pharmaceuticals difficult to obtain. The Doncaster Pharmacy, and its team led by Jeff Yarrow have always gone to every length to obtain these products for me from different suppliers. The pharmaceuticals are not expensive, so the Pharmacy’s only gain is to ensure the maximum welfare of their customer. It is rare in a city environment to receive such reliable, ethical and pleasant service and a big relief to have such strong professional support when needed most. I am always grateful to have such a caring and effective health provider in my local neighbourhood.

Unsure why the pharmacist Jeff thinks OK to compromise his customers during COVID by wearing his mask around his chin - when I challenged him on this, he said he needed to communicate with customers, despite zero attempt to wear the mask when he wasn't serving... the irony was he could hear me fine. IRRESPONSIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL.

FINALLY!!  Ive found a place where the pharmacist and the staff actually smile...its taken years!! Sure it wasnt best friends at first sight but Ive been there several times now and they are consistently nice, friendly and dont judge VERY important to me. Great old school pharmacy that has been their for years and its my new forever place.

I'm completely disgusted! I went the pharmacy today during covid. The attendant serving there, no mask! The pharmacist had there mask around under there chin. Out of all businesses, they should be the people to have the tightest protocol. I'm reporting them.

Ordered Strataderm scar cream on their ebay store, they sent me Stratamark instead. Messaged them to let them know about their incorrect order and that I was relying on that delivery. No response so called the store to be told that the girl who runs the online store was currently in the shop but wouldn't speak to me as she doesn't do it on the weekend and was told to wait until Monday to get a response and hung up on. Paying almost $100 for scar cream that I need right now and being treated like that is so disgusting.

Best service ever from a pharmacy!  Have been going there for about 4 years now and won't go anywhere else. Pharmacists and staff are wonderful.

Been there a couple of times already. All the people there from the owner/boss to the staff have no idea what customer service is - no greetings, no smiles, unfriendly and impatient, as if customers owe them money. Maybe they think they are the only pharmacy in the pocket? Now I'd rather drive a bit further to chemist warehouse or other pharmacies than to see their unfriendly faces...
