The Sunday pharmacist is by far the most unhelpful. Dismissive, rude and even stopped helping me midtransaction and mid sentence to serve 3 other customers. On another occasion was so unhelpful and obstructionist I left in tears. Save yourself the attitude and shop elsewhere.
Wafa is lovely, very thoughtful and sweet, she was really accommodating helping me pick a few things around the shop. Great professionalism and Customer service.
Promise to keep the gift bag for me as I was running out of time Yesterday. I went in today the girls said she had give it to others. Very disappointed.
Thank you Taif and waffa, for helping me out to find the right face product. Also all Priceline staff, thank you for great service when i attended all the time.
Agreed with other reviewers that this store is very different from others which my family would rather drive to a further pharmacy than stepping into the store again. Bought a box of tablets from the shelf and returned the product hours later, intact, unopened, but were told medicines out from the shop are not eligible for refund. Have never experienced in other shops with same product. Eventually after reasoning and argument, they agreed to the refund but I don't think I would like to have any dealing with businesses not operating in accordance to their return policy. It is not right.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Seriously, what kind of business takes advantage of people in a time of need by price gouging on rapid antigen tests? People are hunting far and wide for the greater good of the community and Priceline chooses to respond like this - embarassing. That was my final purchase at Priceline indefinitely.
This store is the perfect example for the worst customer service. Both the manager William and the sales assistant Sally were blunt, rude, and did not even know their own returns policy. I had to contact Customer Service in order to be provided with a rightful refund for a faulty product. This store is a joke. Do yourself a favour and go to the Doncaster store instead. EDIT in reply to the response from Priceline: This is another perfect example of the horrible experience I had as the store did not just accept that the product was faulty, as deemed by Head Office. This nail polish was used once and was streaky and had textural issues, and had tiny little bubbles all over the surface of the nail when dried. This has never happened with Essie nail polishes before. I had expressed my concerns that the product was faulty and was happy to have an exchange for the same colour. However, upon being greeted with horrible customer service, I spent my money buying a replacement at the Doncaster store as they treat customers with respect and empathy.
Whether price gauging and selling individual rapid tests without instructions, or just portraying the essence of bad customer service on a daily basis abusing customers, not allowing simple refunds, the management and owners of this store are dishonest people. There's another Pharmacy Tom Lane in the center, go there.
If I could give this pharmacy -5 stars I would. Interestingly even though I tried to resolve the issue I had with the pharmacy I was treated as per all the 1 star comments that are in the reviews for Priceline Pharmacy - Doncaster East The Pines. I found the manager William ill-mannered, nasty and aggressive so its no wonder many comments centre around him. There are three aspects that I would like to comment on in this review. Firstly without any consent from family members to set up an account they did so and dispensed medications for my mum in aged care without our authorisation. Secondly they added items that were not requested and thirdly their prices were far higher than the pharmacy that we normally use and do have an account with. Medications dispensed by Priceline Pharmacy on just one day totaled $124, the same medications dispensed by our pharmacy during a whole month multiple times and with other medications as well totaled $90. I took this up with Priceline Regional Manager and they still back their pharmacy, So basically Priceline think that it is OK to set up an account for anyone even if they do not have your consent and then invoice you for what they add to your account without your permission. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!! There is another pharmacy in The Pines shopping centre, there is another pharmacy a bit further up Blackburn Road, there is another on Anderson St and you have Chemist Warehouse in Eltham, Tunstall Square and on Doncaster Road. Save yourself the angst of dealing with these people/pharmacy and save money as well.
it's very simple. you price gauge on high demand items that some people actually really need like rapid antigens and you will learn people have long memories. I will simply shop elsewhere.
