Doris is an excellent stylist and colourist . She is so caring and listens and make suggestions as to what suits the client. Have been going for 2 years now, after another salon nearby totally messed up my colour. Thank you Doris, the whole salon experience is so lovely.  She certainly knows products too, and doesn't sell unsuitable ones.She has many, many loyal clients. I can see why.

Thankyou Doris for the wonderful style up and colour. Any time I have an event, Doris makes me gorgeous. Apart from that, I go for a trim and blow wave every 6 weeks. She always makes me feel as if I am the only person in the world. Excellent customer service. Love HairHouse, the Pines, East Doncaster.

Doris is such an amazing person.I've been there a couple of times for haircut.
Her hands are amazing.

Terribly understaffed, waited for 30 minutes for just a haircut and got up and left when I saw the only person manning the store flicking through photos on her phone. Will NEVER waste my time here again.
