This Woolworth location is convenient with good assortments of goods. Staff is generally friendly and pleasant to deal with when you need a rain check for out of stock promotional items, or need to do a Refund/Exchange of items. Weekly promotions offer good deals for day to day items.nnBoth self and assisted check out services are easy and no fuss. All the above plus the time saving real time item availability check for a given store on Woolworth online portal make a positive shopper experience for me.
Newly renovated! Love it, it has a lot of self checkouts now. Great new look with the glass fridge cabinets. Very clean.
Please stock the distiled water for the CPAP machines. We used it everyday. Please also stock the red papaya and the small red sweet potato, eating them daily helps to prevent stomach cancer.
Good variety of products but expensive compared to discount supermarkets. The tallest guy there charged for a trolley token even though it's meant to be free and he wasn't friendly while doing it. Also worthwhile offering sushi through the store like some other supermarkets. Also the veggie rice is expensive for a small packet.
Absolutely rude customer service at The Pines self check out. Lady at self check out seems to be in between 40 -45 age needs training for customer service. I am surprised as she gave me an order customer by saying “read it rudely “ in loud voice when I got the wrong item which was in offer. I felt extremely humiliated in front of everyone.
