The Older White Female staff are rude and possibly racist at this store.  I have shopped there a few times and I found the customer service to be terrible.  I wanted to use the Pines voucher at this store and was told that Coles does not accept the voucher, yet I had no problems using the card at Woolworths and another store. On two occasions I went in to exchange my dollar notes for coins and was told that they cannot give me the change as they need it, yet I had no problems obtaining the change at Woolworths.  Would probably not be shopping here again.
