The only retail store that encourages bad manners. Needs a express lane

Your staff is very excessive. The customers in front of me and behind me are all local, and we all carry bags. Why only check my foreigner's bag? You also told the local that I don't need to see you. I feel unfairly treated and won't go again.

Aldi's are like any other Aldi's store where the customer has to do much of the work and to be Germanic efficient in order to keep their prices down.  Sounds fair enough.  What gave this store a four over the many threes I give to larger stores is that they had a product where their other Aldi Stores did not have and I travelled to three prior.  Customers need to understand that in order to be efficient is to utilise their trolleys for the life of me why can't Aldi's have a shallow trolley as well as their large trolleys, place the goods on to the counter prior, place them back to the trolley immediately once they are scanned, pay your goods and then pack them on the counter behind.  You are holding people up by using your bag to carry them to the counter and the pack them in the bag immediately before handing the cashier the cash.  You want that service then go to Coles or Woolworths.

Aldi often has almost all of the usual grocery items plus additional home and clothing items as well office furniture etc which are usually a great steal

This is our go-to supermarket that has amazing staff who are helpful and friendly. Store is well organised and stocked which makes shopping easy and I don't have to talk to anyone for assistance which is great during lockdowns. I suggest if you drive, to park on the roof where access is a breeze with plenty of trolleys available that you can use from the roof. The lift is huge and getting to and from your car is a dream.

There is not much you can say .. as long as checkout operator pleasant all good. enjoy one of their wines Small Talk.

I prefer this Aldi compared to Forest hill but I still find the staff not as pleasant as they could be. And parking a little bit further away. But the bonus is having Coles and Woolworths in the same centre ‍ I wouldn't recommend for elderly I would recommend the one in Doncaster East for elderly as less walking to and from car
