This is a very good place and has fresh fruit and bread and dairy and more. It is the best food shop and it is better than woolworths. This place has pretty cheap and good quality things
I recently visited the Coles Doncaster and, unfortunately, found spoiled and moldy fruits on display, similar to past issues I’ve encountered at other Coles locations. I took pictures, which I’ll upload for reference. While I still appreciate Coles for its non-fresh products and occasional good deals, these recurring issues with fresh produce are disappointing. I hope Coles management takes action to improve quality control, especially for fruits and vegetables.
I was shopping at Coles on Thursday morning, April 16, via Uber. It was very important to me. The order was a cake, flowers, and candles for my wife's birthday surprise on the morning of her first birthday. But unfortunately, Coles replaced all the orders with the worst ones by the time my order arrived. The chocolate cake was replaced with a bad cheesecake, the rose with a wilted chrysanthemum, and the tiny candles were discolored; and this was the worst shopping experience I have ever had and will always remember it. I feel sorry for this store.
Very bad customer service on deli section where is chicken and fish , one staff member not first time it is third time, not just with me personally but with other customers when we go to to order there is no one he pretends he is busy and and go to cool room , that’s not good at all am buying my groceries from Cole’s for years now I go to Cole’s more three times week , I don’t like hurt any one or complain but it is effect me really emotional, please customer service must be more professional
