Nicely laid out store, as with most Coles stores, good variety. I'm Australian born asian and would like to apologise for anyone having to read Sticky Bear's review, whinging about racism for no reason. If you look at "her" reviews, you'll notice almost every single review is negative and nothing but a whinge fest. It honestly sounds like a troll account. If it's not, it's a very ungrateful person who should never been allowed into this country.

i went to coles around 8 pm and for three times in two weeks the deli's staff rejected to serve me because they already cleaned (3 hours before the shop usually closed)! "Sorry" if I work and I can't come early to get my food. The customer service is not nice at all!!! I have always to go somewhere else so next time I won't waste my time to shopping here!

Very ordinary coles store and the people that are at the self serve are not at all nice so much so that a particular staff member was watching like a hawk and I said would you like to do it for me as you dont seem to trust me and she muttered something under her breath in her language and again said something in her language as I left. Not very nice.
