One of the bigger format stores in the area. As you can imagine being inside the mall, it does attract a lot of footfall. On the day of the visit we noticed the $1 carry bags were out of stock and only the paper one was available. So highly recommend BYO if you're looking at carrying by hand. Well stocked and good experience overall.
Staffs need more training with customers service skill. I saw an Asian worker told a customer off.
Sebastian had such incredible customer service at the registers tonight. Was super polite and even cracked a few jokes. Packed my bags nicely put frozen things together without me asking.
Savanna at service desk today is super rude and arrogant. I was only asking one question, she can't even answer that clearly. Very unprofessional
