This is a story that still pains and horrifies me, many years later. My mother, amid a manic episode bipolar 1, shortly before being involuntarily held for months in a secure facility, purchased two pairs of Spanish knee-length red patent boots. One pair for me. One pair for her. $550 each. That's mania for you. Upon learning of such excess, beyond what our family could afford, I contacted the establishment asking for a refund for such insane purchases. The company told me, blankly, that their policy was either that there were no refunds or that the refund period had expired this is 10 years ago, I can't remember which. Either way, I am beleaguered by two pairs of useless, $550 boots, and marvel at the dispassion and lack of flexibility that could enable such. I do appreciate policies. I also appreciate perspective-taking and flexibility. We had both been loyal customers of Cinori and continue to admire their shoes - from afar - with a wariness incompatible with repeat custom.
The manager at this store is one of the best retail assistants I have come across, always very helpful and always has a smile.
Great store at the pines. Always good quality shoes. Highly recommend. Customer service is excellent.
