Really friendly staff at Rockmans the Pines,pleasure to shop there
I am a longtime regular customer with Rockmans , usually purchase online or at another store where the staff are beautiful, unfortunately today I went to the Doncaster East store for the first time, the sales assistant was nothing but rude , annoyed, arrogant and belittling , making us feel very small ,customer service is appalling at this store, as much as I love Rockmans I will never set foot in the Doncaster East store again.
The sales people are always very cheerful and helpful.
