Hi - I was in Eloquence today   the third time this week and the assistant was extremely pushy as she was on the other 2 occasions this week. I was quietly looking at items with my friend when the assistant repeatedly picked up items to hand to me.As she passed a Christmas ornament value $12.95 she let go of it before I had hold of it - as it was glass it smashed!! She informed the grumpy boss who insisted I pay for the item. I have spent literally many hundreds of dollars in this shop over the last couple of years and unfortunately I will never shop there again. I am sure the item probably cost $3.00 at most wholesale.  Extremely disappointed!!  Chris M

A great local boutique with stylish clothes in a good range of sizes, staffed by several excellent women. Just waiting for the Spring/Summer range.
