Yesterday Bunnings got Father's Day kids Activity .My friend made a reservation here. I didn't make a reservation, We came here about 17:15pmbut we want to come here play. I told her about it, and she said we still couldn't play and had to make reservations in advance.nThere was some space for us, so why couldn't we play? We had an argument later.I'm so angry. I have been to other stores and many places allow you to play without booking. They are friendlyBut here not the case here I show booked and they still wouldn't let me play. The staff is too harsh and unfriendly.nThis was an unpleasant experience. I need this employee to apologize to me. Give me an explanation. This is the most annoying thing I have ever encountered in Australia. I will never patronize this store. The attitude of the staff is very terrible.
I have been going to this Nunawading store for over 20 years. Lovely staff members providing excellent help! Keep up the great service! The prices are always competitive also, which is a bonus! We are never left wanting over the weekend sausage sizzle! I love this service that Bunnings provides for the local community fundraising. Giving back is not left unnoticed! Well done Bunnings!
In a big store like Bunnings it's easy to forget just how much one appreciates the individual staff. With that in mind I'd like to say just how much I've come to rely on the expert advice from Stu in the gardening area. He's very knowledgeable and very eager to share his knowledge. He makes his little bit of the store more like an old fashioned 'local hardware' store.
David an elderly male in the service department was very grumpy and we received no greeting. he multi served without any handover or communication on the above - really shouldn’t be the face of customer service, horrible service by him. Thankfully we had a gentleman Nathan/Mason with longer strawberry blonde whose hair was up, he took over and provided more assistance.nnReally disappointed by this level of service - Bunnings is always usually great but this is disgusting. Someone needs to speak with him about this, if he doesn’t want to be there have him in a back of house role.nnWe returned a carpet cleaner and probably won’t be returning.
Bit awkward to get in to or out of, by car if your not from the area. Seems a bit grungy and a bit worn out. Needs a good refresh. Staff seemed to be working under sufferance. Not much smiling. I was there for some time.nThe only staff member I interacted with and was an absolute pleasure, was Andrea at the paint desk. Couldn’t do enough to help.
