The service was excellent. One of our windows needed a replacement key to enable the lock to work. Hayden went out of his way to deliver the replacement key. He arrived on time, was professional and sorted out our key problem. I would not hesitate to recommend the business for a moment!

I asked to reset my new security door cylinder to existing wooden door lock. Works perfectly. My old keys work smoothly on the new cylinder. Dan offers friendly service, explains well including when I sought additional advice on future options to re-condition worn out locks. He was patient and offered sound advice. Price is reasonable too. I then went back and asked for options on getting a new garage remote control. Another staff member helped me out. Again, friendly, well mannered and sound advice. The shop is the most organised, professional and well staffed locksmith I have ever seen.

What a professional business and knowlegeable group of young blokes !, on both occasions I encountered a high level of service, the first guy's name escapes me, but Jack was an equal standout, Your company matches the smooth execution of the man "James Bond" (Roger Moore)

I went to Bond Locksmiths for new keys to my house and discuss other issues I had at my home. I found Dean , very helpful and very considerate person. Dean was able to explain things to me so I understood what options I had, which I appreciated very much. I walked away one very happy customer, thank you Dean. I would highly recommend Bond Locksmiths to everyone!!!!!

Today I had Nick at my property to change several locks and was very happy with his work. He was polite, pleasant and worked with me to ensure our locks were fixed. I am very pleased to have chosen Bond Locksmiths to fix my locks and will absolutely do so any time I need a locksmith in future. Thank you Bond Locksmiths for letting me feel safe in my home!
