The top carpark is a bit of a pain but... Pretty good store! Friendly staff. Well stocked. Always clean! Appreciate the genuine care from team members. Keeping professional yet happy to patiently be mindful of cheeky kids whilst explaining the things to a mum trying to do something out of the box!
It's a bit confusing with the trade yard located somewhere else across the road and an underground parking lot accessible only from the road at the back of the shop.nI've got to be honest: Mitre 10 Diamond Valley is far better if you're heading that way or coming down from there
I regularly shop at Bunnings Eltham and find most of the team members very helpful, but Lucy is exceptional! Her knowledge is extensive and no matter what query or problem I present her with she always finds a way to answer/solve it, often going above and beyond to find a solution. Bunnings could not have a better team member supporting them in their business.nThank you so much Lucy for consistently providing excellent customer service.
Darcy, is hands down the most helpful team member employed by Bunnings. After 2 failed attempts at the mernda store to help me fix a problem, I called eltham and within 5 minutes Darcy had it sorted it out and had the correct item sitting ready on a trolley at the door for me to literally walk in and swap over the incorrect product I had received and he had worded up the other team members so they knew when I got there what was happening! He literally saved me from a huge headache!nThank you Darcy, somebody give him a raise or a prize or a paid day off.
A big thanks to Aaron, who helped me with a complicated return at the returns desk. It was complicated due to the original transactions, how it was paid via multiple methods, and the fact i could only prove purchase with very cryptic electronic bank transactions.nnNothing appeared too onerous for Aaron, and with patience and determination to help me, he was eventually able to track down the original transactions - not an easy feat. I suggest Aaron's alternate career, should he wish to leave customer service field, could be as a forensic auditor! :nnAlso, thanks to Aaron's returns desk colleague didn't catch her name, Michelle garden, for her great help and David tools for his positive customer interaction. All benchmark material.
