I would give it 0 stars but can't. This joint is a disgrace and should be closed down. Took my watch to have a battery replaced. It worked fine until I went for a swim. Took the watch back and was told it was my fault because I hadn't asked him to pressurize. It was a sports watch water resistant to 30m, surely I don't have to tell him how to do his job! He then said he would have a look at it and give me a ring, never did. I'm still chasing this up but effectively he has charged me $25 to destroy my $100 watch

Terrible customer service. 1. I was quoted $190 for a car key copy service. Price changed to $260. 2. I was told it would take 20 minutes. Ended up taking 90 minutes. The excuse was that my car is the “fiddly” type. I have a Honda! Would understand if the car was the high end European car but mine is just a simple Japanese car. Turned out he made a few mistakes and had to redo the cutting and programming. 3. Receptionist told me to meet the guy at the car because the wait was too long and he was still at the car. I went to the car and the guy wasn’t there. Had to come back again and turned out the receptionist lied. 4. Finally was told the car key was all ready. It didn’t work. Because they forgot to put battery in. So back again to try to sort it out. Overall, pretty poor service.

I went to shooping center to replace batteries on couple of remotes. I stumbled upon this place and thought I will give it a try. This is the quote I got from him: "If remote has one battery then it will be $20 per remote and if it has 2 batteries each then $30 per remote. 10 minutes to replace batteries." It was obvious with such blatant quote, he wanted me to walk away and come back to hear they each had 2 batteries and then he gets to invoice me for $60. So, I walked to woolies, found a pair of NEW batteries for $8 and got two working remotes in less then 5min.

Went there to get my car key cut and when I popped it in to use it, it won't turn. Waste of time and money. Charged me $9.95 and the purpose wasn't served. Avoid them at all cost. I should have checked the reviews before visiting them. One star is too high for their services.

I took a pair of $800 heels in just to have the heel tips replaced and he completely ruined my shoes! Initially I got them back all scuffed around the heels and when I mentioned this to him I was told that's how they were when I gave them, which was a complete lie! I then went to wear them and BOTH heel tips broke off immediately. When I looked at them closely, he had actually broken the end of the heel off that the heel tip goes in to. So basically they are now beyond repair! I went back to complain and he was completely rude saying that it does happen that both heel tips can fall off and that it was my fault! Very, very poor customer service and workmanship. They obviously don't care about their customers' items! Avoid this business at all costs!
