Disgraceful customer service. Provided me a faulty product and were notified on the day of delivery. This was a month ago. I sent though pictures and videos of the faulty hotplate and explained what the problem was, and that I didn't want a refund just a replacement part or someone to come and fix it. I did this on 3 separate occasions to 2 separate channels as requested by them, as well as providing proof of purchase as standard. My first notification was on the day of delivery, after the fault was explained to me by the assembling team. They were notified within 30 minutes. I have now been ignored for over 2 weeks since the last request to send the information through to a different person. Blatently hoping I'll go away and just accept a faulty product without full functionality worth c. $600.
We had an issue with our Ziggy bbq and the management and staff were extremely helpful. They completely solved our issue in the most friendly and polite manner. This store is highly recommended.
Great location being just on Whitehorse road, with plenty of places to park though none being in front of the store. Staff being very friendly & helpful and in my case was kind enough to lend me a hand putting my BBQ off to car. I found the varieties of BBQ available being impressive and found the one I was after. Definitely recommended
Very good staff asked me if I'd like help within 5 minutes of entering and when I said I was just having a look they left me to wander around checking everything out which I appreciated. Good range!
UPDATED POST IN APRIL 2019 The big Zeigler and Brown BBQ bought here two years ago is still going strong and now we've come back for a smaller Z&B for a lower floor deck. Service is excellent, knowledge of products and accessories great.. shout out to Liam who served us : ORIGINAL POST IN 2017 Bought a high end BBQ here about 2 months ago and was very impressed with service Bought a Zeigler and Brown BBQ unit with a matching sink unit. As the technology in the BBQ is quite different to regular BBQs I had a lot of questions.,, which the sales person handled very knowledgeably. BBQ is for the roof deck so some logistical issues in getting such heavy equipment up 3 flights of stairs. The delivery people that BBQ Galore contract baulked at taking the BBQ up the stairs despite being forewarned that this was the case. The guys from BBQ Galore came out the next day after work and lugged it upstairs, installed it and gave us a run down on how to use it... brilliant service and hence my 5 stars!

I purchased the Kamado Joe Classic III from Barbeques Galore Nunawading. It was very easy to do over the phone with a friendly staff member Michael, who also advised that I could get 15% off any KJ accessories I didn’t have to make the decision on the spot. There was a few weeks’ wait for the KJ to arrive from overseas, but the timelines that were advised was spot on and I got it before Christmas. The only negative aspect of my purchase was the delivery, which is outside of the store’s control as it was outsourced to another company ANC. I was supposed to get the KJ delivered on Monday the 21st December within a set timeframe, but was only notified at nearly the end of the day that the delivery driver wouldn’t be able to make it to the store before it closes to pick up the KJ to deliver. ANC wanted to defer the delivery until after Christmas given the busy period but I insisted on an earlier delivery. To their credit, they delivered it the following day. Very happy with the purchase and the service I received from Barbeques Galore Nunawading.
We bought a Broil King BBQ from them, the back burner doesn't work so we can't effectively use the rotisserie, the main reason we bought this BBQ for nearly $2400. After several months since first contacting them, we still have no joy. You would think after spending that much money on a BBQ you would get better service than that. Since posting review Barbeques Galore did try to contact me, however we had contacted Broil King diect and they have been more than helpful.
