I have bought the washing from Good Guys which resulted in wasting 6 hours of my time plus damages such as clothes ruined, wasted electricity and water due to faulty product supplied. It was faulty product as we explained that it kept flushing in the water and out but the cycle time was not reducing. We have visited good guys store twice for the complaint. First time, our sales person Linda G told us that that someone will contact us next business day but no call has been made yet .However, I visited again on 23/03/2018 to ask about the progress of the complain but this time that you deal with Samsung as we can't help you with this.

We were very satisfied getting a replacement Motorola mobile phone which had a fault. It was bought as a Christmas present five weeks ago. We were very efficiently dealt with and were pleased to get a new replacement instead of the hassle of it being sent away for repairs. Well done.

Do not buy concierge！ it is cheating!  When I bought it, the good guys sale person said I can use $20 credit notes at any time. Actually You only can use it when you receive the message!  They refused to refund it as it is over 30 days! The good guys store just asked me talk to concierge! concierge asked me to go to store! Cheating!

Surprised to read negative reviews .I too experienced some issues with faulty items and discontinued products etc. But the way they handled the matter and the efficiency are indeed commendable. Jonathan was so pleasant to talk to and he acted quickly to resolve the matter. Thank you and Merry Christmas to all of you Graeme, Jonathan and Yasmin. ☆☆☆☆☆

We found a good bargain at The Good Guys sale today. To top it off the sales person was tremendously helpful with his knowledge of the vacuum cleaner range.
