We went there to buy vacuum cleaner. We asked one of the staff to help us with that but we were waiting for a long time. Firstly he said that he’s finishing with another customer and he would be with us shortly. But he just disappeared. We decided to live and go to Harvey Norman which was near by and we purchased the product we were looking for.

In general, terrible customer service.nnI came in the 1st day, one staff tried to help, but couldn't provide much information other than stock availability.nnI came back the second day, a guy offered to help, but when he knew that I was looking for a cheap product, his attitude seemed to change quickly. And any following questions from mine were not well responded. His tone even sounded like he was my boss.nnNever come back! Worth only 1 star. An extra 1 is for the kindness of the girl on the 1st day.

Raise your standards please.nnSomething simple as to collecting my special order took nearly an hour!nnI went in today to collect my air purifier which took 3 months to arrive but its ok, I was happy to wait for the item. I waited patiently in line for 25 minutes even though I was second in the queue to get served. The young guy who served me went searching for my order and came back to tell me that I’ve got to go down to the parking area to collect it. Sure, fair enough as this can happen.nnSo I went down to the parking lot to collect. First guy who went searching for my item took 15 minutes before another gentleman came out to apologise for the wait and that he would go search for my item himself instead. When he came down with my air purifier, I had been waiting in the parking lot for 25 minutes already. He then told me that the air purifier was always on the shop floor and that he had to run upstairs to collect it himself.nnCreate a better process guys. It’s a special order, shouldn't you have a designated area for this? Why is it so hard?

Went in tonight and spoke to the manager to ask for the ex demo model samsung 8kg dryer and was advised it was $1999.00 with 30% clearance discount.nnThe online site had it brand new for $1648.00 but he was still trying to charge $1999.00 for an ex demo????nnI provided proof of a price match option that I could purchase brand new immediately in person for $1408 from a proper store and was advised he wont price match it?nnBeen to other Good Guys this past month and this is the first Im hearing of this and seemed arrogant. If you want to get things price matched, go to a different good guys.nnCheck up on that manager lol crackup

A big variety of goods. We were looking for a new fridge, good sale on at the moment. Quick delivery was promised for the new fridge we bought. Had the old one emptied and cleaned. No show! 8pm text to say it won't be delivered! Two days later finally get the fridge, no reason given why so late! We asked for and got reimbursed for all the food that was spoiled.
