Very pleased with the service and super-fast turnaround having my glasses made.
First time using this optometrist - I see Jasmine for ortho-k orthokeratology lenses - she's Such a pro. Obviously very, very good at her job - I've had such great results. Everyone there is lovely, my mum's used this place for glasses too and said everyone else is very good and helpful. Top notch place
Amazing staff. Jasmine is very kind, attentive and not to mention very through and meticulous and managed to diagnose my mother with something dangerous that another optometrist missed. Recommended her to my ophthalmologist and a few others also. Do not bother going anywhere else.
Great service. The staff members are welcoming, caring and professional. They take their time to ensure that your glasses are a perfect fit. Excellent range of glasses too.
I have been a client of Donvale Optical for many years as has my family. Their staff is always helpful, professional and friendly and they have an excellent range of glasses. My eye specialist once told me Jenny is one of the best optometrists in Melbourne and she is very confident with the care I would receive at Donvale Optical.
I love going to this shop. I travel 160+km each way to get there, I am also a touch bias as I have known Jenny for about 45 years.. I have never walked out feeling disappointed with the staff, the sale or the service. All the staff are knowledgeable and give honest opinions.
Good bunch of people. Been a customer for a long time and it just keeps getting better. Highly recommend them.
